Interested in joining us for an investigation?

For the safety of everyone involved, all non-team members must complete a Guest Participant Waiver before participating in any Dead Air Paranormal investigation.

The waiver helps ensure that guests understand the nature of our investigations, the potential risks involved, and our expectations while on site.

Why Is a Waiver Required?

Our investigations often take place in locations that may include:

Cemeteries

Historic buildings

Parks and wooded trails

Uneven terrain

Low-light or nighttime conditions

While we take safety seriously, these environments may present hazards such as uneven ground, stairs, wildlife, insects, or changing weather conditions.

Guest Expectations

By participating, guests agree to:

Follow all instructions from the DAP team.

Respect property owners and locations.

Never trespass or damage property.

Conduct themselves respectfully toward other participants.

Understand that paranormal investigations may not produce evidence.

Acknowledge that participation is voluntary.

Photo & Video Notice

Dead Air Paranormal documents investigations through photography and video. The waiver allows you to choose whether you give permission for your image or likeness to be used on our website and social media.
